Your family will love this location, only one block from the beautiful, family-friendly Surfside Beach! Quiet neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle, yet everything you need within a 2-3 mile drive. Beach toys, wagon and beach towels available to help you enjoy your time at the beach. Fully equipped kitchen plus propane grill right outside your unit. This is a duplex; the owner lives on site upstairs.
Our minimum age to reserve is 20 years old. Very child friendly with booster seat, games, pack n play and beach toys

Very nice home only one block from the ocean. Host very friendly and got us whatever we needed. Home very clean, comfortable with fully stocked kitchen to cook whatever you might want!! Would highly recommend this vacation rental!!

Property was everything we could have hoped for. Nice and quiet neighborhood, and only a block from the beach. Parking was excellent and we loved being on the first floor. Owners were super nice!

The house was great. Hosts were above us so readily available if there would’ve been any questions or issues. Space was great with 3 teenagers. Short walk to the beach access.

This house was great. 1 block from the beach, the owners were very helpful. They had beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, boogie boards for us to use. The dryer wasn't working & the owners dried our clothes every day. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect house for our family gathering! 3 bedrooms, 6 beds all very comfy. Plenty of bath and beach towels. Extra special that there was a wagon and chairs to take to the beach just one block away! Washer and dryer was very handy. Erin was very responsive and helpful.

Overall this was a wonderful experience, especially considering we were 3 single moms with 5 kids and a last minute addition of a dog! Everyone had a great time and communication with Erin, the property owner, was easy. Anything we needed was immediately take care of. The fact that this place is less than 10 minutes walking distance to the beach and only a few miles to groceries, restaurants and souvenirs makes the price a steal! If we get the chance, we'll definitely be back.

This was a fantastic house! Just a few minutes walk from the beach, all the beach toys/umbrellas/towels/wagon we could want, real shampoo and conditioner, great AC, and comfortable beds, with a convenient driveway. The owner was lovely and very communicative.

We had a wonderful time and Erin was outstanding! It has lots of sleeping options for a larger group without spending an outrageous amount. Start walk to the beach and everything supplied that you needed at the beach. We loved it!

Really enjoyed this property. One block to the beach! Better than I expected. Very clean, plenty of places to sleep and all the cooking utensils you need to prepare a meal. The property host was very nice and easily accessible. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a getaway.

If you’re traveling with kids, this host is absolutely amazing. We were driving from Pennsylvania — about a 10-hour trip — with two families and two kids, and the host went above and beyond to accommodate us. She even cleaned the room early so we could check in as soon as we arrived, which made a huge difference after such a long drive.There were plenty of sand toys for the kids, and the host was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. Anytime we needed something or ran out of anything, she was more than happy to help. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend — 10/10!
