Accessibility

There are steps throughout the property as well as a tight staircase to the second floor that may make it more difficult for people with mobility issues to navigate throughout the house.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire house with the exception of three closets that contain supplies and mechanical equipment for the property.

Just a three-minute stroll from the residence, Niles Beach offers a serene, family-friendly shoreline—an ideal escape from the typical tourist crowds. Nearby, Eastern Point Lighthouse and Good Harbor Beach are just minutes away, whether you’re in the mood for a scenic walk or a short drive along the coast.



Less than a mile away, the Rocky Neck Art Colony invites you to explore its vibrant mix of galleries, working artists, and charming waterfront cafés. For outdoor enthusiasts, Ravenswood Park features tranquil hiking trails that wind through quiet woodlands and salt marshes—perfect for a peaceful nature retreat.



When it comes to dining, enjoy local flavor at The Causeway, a laid-back favorite for generous seafood plates, or elevate your evening with authentic Italian fare at Tonno, located in the heart of Downtown Gloucester.



Other Things to Note:

Our home includes a narrow staircase—consider this if mobility is a concern for a comfortable stay.



*Please give us a heads up if you would like to utilize the EV charger. Usage rates will vary based on the length of stay.



Once a booking is confirmed, the following cancellation policy is immediately in effect. Due to automatic platform processing fees, full refunds cannot be issued for same-day cancellations. Cancellations made more than 30 days before check-in are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 30 days of the check-in date are non-refundable. No-shows are not eligible for any refund.
