Situada en El Palmar, Vejer de la Frontera, El Olivo os ofrece 60 m² de espacio cómodo para hasta 4 personas. Cuenta con 2 dormitorios (uno con cama doble, otro con 2 individuales) y 1 baño. El salón-comedor y la cocina americana totalmente equipada con chimenea os permitirán sentiros como en casa. Dispondréis de Wi-Fi de alta velocidad ideal para videollamadas, televisión, ventiladores, lavadora, cuna, trona, juguetes y libros infantiles.



En el exterior podréis relajaros en el jardín privado, la terraza cubierta amueblada y la barbacoa privada, perfectos para comidas al aire libre. Accederéis a una piscina exterior de agua salada y duchas exteriores, compartidas con otras 3 casas vacacionales.

The villa offers minimal comfort, unsuitable for the winter chill and not adapted to a noisy environment. The wood-burning stove, though essential in the evenings (we stayed for two weeks in late November and early December), is inefficient and doesn't adequately heat the main living area, nor the bedrooms, which remain cold and damp. The surroundings are noisy day and night due to the incessant barking, even at night, of numerous dogs near the house and the roosters crowing in the morning. Furthermore, it's a cluster of villas for rent, very close to one another: if you have noisy neighbors, you hear everything. The windows lack soundproofing. The flowering hedge in front of the terrace is gone, replaced by a wooden fence that makes you feel like you're in a box. On the other hand, communication with the owner was very positive and the welcome was friendly, though only in Spanish. The location is 700 meters from the beach.

The house was very comfortable, clean and private

Pros: The privacy, proximately to the beach, restaurants and the private parking on the proterty(A big plus!! When parking not allowed on the street). The owner is very pleasant to talk to and respects your privacy, but is there if needed! everything was incredible. Will definately book again in the future. Next time the house with pool.

Very nice house in the middle of El Palmar

Pros: Being able to go to the beach by walk, the terrace and the garden around the house, the plants all around the property. The dogs! Cons: The gas tank ran out of gas so we were left without gas and hot water for a bit less than a day, but that was because we didn’t dare to call at night. We called Nicolas the next day and he fixed it within the day. In November the house can be a bit cold (it doesn’t have heating). If you wear socks and jersey it’s ok but one should not be too sensitive.
