The private beach gate opens directly facing the Inlet Beach Regional Access which offers restrooms, outdoor showers, ample parking and picnic areas. The coastal town of Rosemary Beach is just a 5-minute bicycle ride down the street while the upscale shops, restaurants, and outdoor concerts of 30Avenue are less than 5-minutes to the North! Cute and Great Location

We had a great location to the beach, quiet, nice neighborhood, really cute decorated condo, small but super clean and perfect for 3-4 people in my opinion, management stayed in contact the whole vacation, I had no problems but if you ever did, they would be easy to contact

Great...as always.

We've been staying at this property for almost fifty years...originally renting from an owner, then other property managers, and now Paradise. Love the location and the recent remodel/update of the property is very nice. And Paradise makes it very easy with check-in and check-out. Only issue is the cost, of course. The extra charges--cleaning, fees, and a ton of taxes--were almost as much as the unit rental. Still consider it to be a good deal, though.

Inlet Dunes 101

Great unit in a great location! Perfect spot for a small family on a long weekend. We had a couple of small issues but nothing that spoiled the time. We did wish that the complex had an automated way for bikes to exit the security gate but it certainly wasn’t a big problem. We’ll definitely keep Inlet Dunes on our list of destinations.
