Exactly what we needed

The house has everything we needed, We enjoyed cooking dinner on the grill a Few nights, we did not get to enjoy the pool as much as we wanted, due to the Previous Renter ,let the water get to low , burn the bump up , as many know it takes longer to get parts now days . The house was very clean. The property Manager Sonja and Ben was very good and keeping updates about the pool . And glad that they bought 2 bikes for the house, I had Inquire back when we rented, they said there were no bikes , but they had 2 bikes , but again the the previous renter did not tell them the tire on one bike was flat , Ben came and fixed within a few hours !! Had no issues with Property managers !! Had more issues the Leasing agent !!

Exactly what we hoped for

Beautiful home equipped with everything you need. We used the grill to cook steaks one night and made breakfast in the kitchen each morning. The master suite is awesome, the 2nd bath is a little small, but met our needs. The pool is relaxing and the outdoor patio is exceptional. We rented a boat through CoralVilla as well and kept it on the lift, it was exactly what we hoped for also. This place gave us quick and easy access to the river in the ideal location. A stress-free rental with no surprises. We will do this again.
