Enjoy viewing beautiful yachts and boats that travel past the backyard. The lift is only for a jetski and not to be used for boats by renters!!
This is a beautiful 2-story home with 5 bedrooms plus office, 5 full bathrooms, formal dining room and a second floor master bedroom with private balcony overlooking the canal, boat dock and swimming pool. There is a boat slip available for tenants to park their own or rental boat while vacationing in this home. This home takes full advantage of the Florida outdoor lifestyle!
The lanai is the entire width of the home with a beautiful swimming pool and cascading spa. The large covered lanai space features seating for 12, a separate lounge area with comfortable furnishings, an outdoor TV, ping pong table and of course a gas BBQ grill. The expansive dock with Tiki hut and yet another separate lounge area offers plenty of space even for large groups. The interior design captures the view with an open great room concept. Kitchen and living rooms are all open to the travertine tiled lanai.

Am Haus steht ein Dock fuer Ihr Mietboot zur Verfuegung (Bootslift steht leider nicht zur Verfuegung). Die Terrasse mit Westlage und tollem Blick auf mehrere Kanal Kreuzungen machen den Aufenthalt auf der Terrasse schon einen Florida Urlaub wert. Der grosse Swimmingpool mit Whirlpool sowie die ueberdimensionale Terrasse bieten genuegend Platz fuer 10 Gaeste.
Das Haus hat 5 Schlafzimmer, 5 Baeder plus einen separaten "Gameroom" mit Air Hockey und elektrischen "Fire Place".
Das Interieur ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet viel Raum fuer groessere Reisegruppen. An dem grossen Esstisch haben mehr als 10 Gaeste gemuetlich Platz. Ob man sich in der Lounge zu einem Sport Event aufhalten moechte oder selbst an der Tischtennis Platte aktiv werden moechte... fuer jeden Wunsch ist gesorgt.

A Magical stay!

The views were absolutely fabulous! The whole outside area was where we lived during our 8 day stay. The beds were all comfy. The house was very clean and we found everything we needed. The pool was a little bit of a battle but the management company answered our questions promptly. We would highly recommend this home to any vacationers! It was everything they said it was and more! P.S. use bug spray if you sit on the pier, a couple of us got noseeum bites.
