This location offers a quick drive to all essential locations in Cape Coral. It is about 15 minutes to Matlacha, thirty minutes to Fort Myers Beach and about forty-five minutes to Florida International Airport depending on traffic and time.

Palaco Grande features beautiful airy décor, the six bedrooms are fit for bigger groups or multiple families with five Queen-size bedrooms (one of the bedrooms features two Queen beds). The main bedroom features a King bed.
There are a total of 5 full bathrooms with 2 bedrooms having en-suite bathrooms, that gives you plenty of privacy, and 3 additional bathrooms that are accessible from the hallways.
The Main bedroom features an en-suite bathroom with tub and walk-in shower as well as dual sinks.
The Villa can fit up to 14 guests very comfortable with this generous set up.
For your convenience, all linens for your stay are included and long-term stays are permitted.
The interior boasts a very open floor plan with plenty of light and space as well as several sitting and lounge areas. From the large, fully equipped kitchen with its double ovens and wine fridge as well as spacious high-top bar that has additional seating, there are plenty of options for the family to hang out and serves as a great way to have conversations or just have quality family time.
The kitchen features all necessary appliances and is well equipped for such a large party.
When preparing meals, one of the great features is that the kitchen is open to the large dining space which also has views of the patio and pool and is located next to the main living room. Palaco Grande is designed with a separate laundry room that hosts a fuss ball table as well as a shuffleboard table serve as indoor entertainment.
The glass front doors bring in plenty of light when arriving at your vacation retreat.
Upon entering the home, you have an unobstructed view to the pool area and lanai.
Wireless internet, a second fridge and kayaks are also available for your party.

Highlights of the outside include: a large lanai waiting to be used for sunbathing, grilling, lounging, outdoor shower, al fresco dining with a large table that has plenty of seating, entertaining, swimming in the heated pool, or just watching amazing sun rises from your northeast facing pool deck. Great for quiet morning coffees.
There is a light up boat dock with a Tiki Hut great for hanging out or for canal fishing or boat docking and plenty of Tiki Hut seating. (Lift of boat dock not available to guests, owner boat on lift)
