Relax in Palmer Lake! Mtn Bliss & Trails. Pinecrest Parties & the Lake. 10 min to Monument. Close to the Springs (Garden of the Gods and USAFA), Castle Rock & Denver. You'll enjoy PL Fireworks and the Star from our deck. Home has two units for large groups. Can sleep up to 16 guests. High chair & pack-n-play provided. Gorgeous Mountain View!
Please note a special liability form will need to be signed to use backyard trampoline and play structure. NO recreational drug use of ANY KIND anywhere on property. This is an upstairs/downstairs duplex meaning there is potential for downstairs guests. Backyard play equipment will be shared. We are a pet FREE home & cigarette smoking allowed outside only with NO TRACE left behind.

Palmer Lake is known for its wildlife; who will visit during your stay? Our farmhouse is close enough to town to be convenient but far enough away you’ll see the stars at night and enjoy the peaceful quiet you’d expect in Colorado. Palmer Lake has many wonderful mom & pop restaurants, the lake and trails to explore all minutes from our doorstep.
This property is an upstairs/downstairs duplex. You’ll have the entire upstairs to yourself. Backyard play structures are shared. Other than that the home is completely private. Ask about renting the lower unit as well. You will potentially have guests below you; we ask for a 10 pm quiet hour so everyone can enjoy!
3 bedrooms & 2.5 bathrooms. Master has a king & twin over full futon. 2nd bedroom has twin over full futon. 3rd bedroom has queen over queen bunk beds. The alcove adjacent to the living area has more sleeping arrangements with 2 futon sleepers. The entire extended family can sleep comfortably here. Ask about our lower unit for even more room!
Plenty of parking on property. Ask about Stand Up Paddleboard & Kayak rental.

This was a wonderful quiet location about 30 minutes from all the Colorado Springs activities. Exactly as listed. We rented the whole house and I would highly recommend that! Great communication!

Great for our group

Great set up for our group of 10 adults. Everything was clean and looked exactly as advertised. We rented both the upper and lower units and I highly recommend renting both! You can hear a lot (doors/music) which was fine for our retreat but might not be the best for different renters. Overall, we had a great stay! Thank you!!

Lots of room. We enjoyed everything about it. The ONLY thing that when it says the yard is fenced, it is not completely. Did not matter to us but it would to some.

Great house, Great Location......however

This was a perfect place to stay. Quiet neighborhood and within minutes of USAFA. Our only complaint is that the house is split (I didn't notice that when we booked - my fault) and while the neighborhood was quiet, the downstairs guests were not. They did a great job of splitting this large space so that multiple families could take advantage but there are no noise barriers in place to prevent you from sharing in the other's vacation. Lindsay is great to work with and had we been fortunate enough to not have "neighbors" this would have been a 10/10.

Perfect wedding accommodations!

We rented both the upper and lower unit of this house. It was perfect! Beautiful and well equipped! We were greeted by a family of deer in the backyard. ◡̈ Our daughter, the bride, and her bridesmaids had the basement and we were upstairs. The upstairs kitchen easily accommodated us all thanks to the giant island. The wedding party was able to get ready downstairs on the day of the wedding with plenty of space. The owner was wonderful to work with! Highly recommend!!

Our Farmhouse is perfect for your next getaway! Sleeping up to 16 people you'll be able to invite everyone. Book the walk out unit below and sleep a total of 25 people! The backyard has a in ground trampoline as well as a play structure for your use (special liability paperwork required). Walk out the front door and you can be on a hike. Just a few short minutes away is the lake where you can do non motor water sports. You'll be walking distance to the popular wedding venue; Pinecrest. Or head to Colorado Springs, Castle Rock or Denver for the day all just a quick drive away. Our home is sure to impress, and I know you'll fall in love with Palmer Lake.
