READ THE ENTIRE LISTING, AS THE "NO WORKING ELEVATOR" IS THE VERY LAST LINE AND WE DID NOT READ THE WHOLE DESCRIPTION. WE ARE 70 AND HAD TO HAUL LUGGAGE AND GROCERIES UP MULTIPLE FLIGHTS OF STAIRS TO OUR 3RD FLOOR UNIT......Now, once are backs were shot for the trip, the unit is nice and roomy and very well decorated...or maybe is was the handful of pain killers we were on. GREAT LOCATION WITH ACCESS TO THE STRAND AREA.

Very very nice place, make sure to read the description, we missed that it said the elevator was broken, and had to walk 3 flights of stairs. Make sure to bring a good blanket, it got very cold and the comforter was thin, couldn’t find any other blankets in the loft. We enjoyed walking the bars, and restaurants, and shops. It was nice to leave the car parked and enjoy just walking around. We felt very safe and secure.

Very cute little loft! It was just what we needed for one quick night in Galveston. Everything was clean and just as described. It was a little noisy at night with street noise, but next time I would just bring a sound machine to help drown it out. Overall it was a pleasant stay and we’ll recommend it to friends who want to stay on the Strand.

Fantastic place to stay
