This bright and airy space is on and has direct views to the beach as well as Maine's most photographed lighthouse, Nubble Light, and Maine's (and all of New England's) tallest lighthouse, Boon Island.

No detail was skipped in this 2 bedroom 2 bathroom space--professionally designed and decorated, everything is brand new. The kitchen features a center island with a quartz countertop and a porcelain farmers sink, state of the art appliances, including range and microwave, separate ice maker, dishwasher, toaster and Keurig coffee maker as well as all the tableware required for your coastal meals. This one of a kind home away from home is finished with concrete/radiant floor heat, HVAC Central Air and Air Conditioning, a 60" TV with Sonos Surround Sound system, brand new washer dryer and all the amenities you'll need. Perfect location

The property was perfect and exactly as described. Freshly renovated and directly across the street from the ocean. Excellent location. Super clean and comfortable. Well appointed kitchen. We would highly recommend.

Beautiful

Overall it was beautiful, we could have done without the people upstairs dancing around and waking us up early every day. It’s beautiful but it was disappointing having to go outside to see the ocean and not being able to see it from the apartment. We would love to come back and rent the whole unit.

Location, Location, Location!!

Beautiful property, would love to come back and rent the entire property for an extended family getaway. We had the pleasure of meeting the owners, they thought of everything for this gorgeous home & the property manager welcomed us with kindness on our arrival. The only negative .... we had to leave ;-)
