A Creek Runs Through It & Garage Great Room

Escape to our enchanting lakeside cabin, nestled on 225 feet of pristine lakeshore along the shores of Lake Cokato. The centerpiece of our property is a storybook babbling creek that runs through the middle of the yard, connected by quaint bridges, creating a picturesque and serene setting. The creek gracefully empties into the 553-acre Lake Cokato, known for fishing and its tranquil waters with a depth of 50 feet.

Outdoor Entertainment: The lakeside hammock, Solo brand firepit, and lakeshore offer the perfect spots to relax. Take advantage of the grill and Blackstone Griddle for outdoor cooking.

Winter getaway
It was a very welcoming experience. The grandchildren loved the ping pong table in the garage. I loved the sun room. What a view. We also liked having various spaces to sit and read, visit or the garage to play games and music.

Good times
We really did enjoy ourselves the garage was not warm enough however with just the 2 small heaters. Some of the family did not make it due to illness so felt very spacious. We would stay here for summer if that was an option for us in the future Thank you for opening up your home

The perfect spot!
This was such an amazing and serene space for our healing girls weekend! We did yoga in the lawn, sat by the lake, and had fun conversation in the great room/garage! It was just what we needed, and everything was perfection. Plus, Rachel was super responsive, helpful, and easy to connect with. We will be coming back in a few months! I think we found our new girls vaca spot!

We aren't professional owners but wanted to share our lake place with other families so they can enjoy the lovely property, quiet lake with little boat traffic and great fishing. We live about 1 hour away, enjoy family time, traveling, cooking, TV , birdwatching, reading and games.

Why they chose this property

We instantly felll in love with the flat yard and babbling creek with darling bridges. The little boy fishing on the bridge just adds to the charm. Feel free to give him a name during your stay. The privacy, views and expansive lot are our oasis from the city life. The lake view is calming and inspiring with the large trees and rolling farm hills. The cabin and lawn provide perfect spaces for relaxing, fun and entertaining.

What makes this property unique

We converted the garage to a Great Room and installed a Lifestyle screened garage door Really cool door which allows easy indoor/outdoor entertaining with all the comforts of a family room. The garage has become everyones favorite hang out with the comfy furniture, ping pong table and long counter space. We suggest using the counter top as a buffet for your snacks and meals. Who ever wakes up first usually heads to the garage with the dogs so they can play and you can enjoy your coffee while the lazy ones can sleep in.
