Located next to a lift line, this would be a perfect ski in ski out. We visited during summer so it was mountain bike central (which was cool). Patio was fabulous in the mornings, lots of wildlife flittering about. The late afternoon sun does heat the property up significantly but thankfully there were plenty of fans in the property to keep it cool. Very close proximity to Purgatory resort which includes the Alpine coaster and Alpine slide (so much fun). Resort amenities are not included but we reached out and got a quick response on adding it to our reservation. We really enjoyed our stay and are looking to come back in the winter to ski/snowboard.

Great Purgatory Rental

Best ski vacation we’ve ever had

This place was great! The location was fantastic. The house was very comfortable and it really gave our family a great experience in the mountains. Those who wanted to ski could come and go and those Who preferred to ski less or not at all also had a great time. We plan on doing it again again next year

Wonderful place!

We had the best time in Durango. The house was spotless, plenty of room and perfect location. Anything you could want is in there. Owner was great to work with and helped out with any questions. Hope to go back in the summer!!

Amazing! Best place ever.

Better than 5 stars! The home was absolutely beautiful with lots of personal touches from the host. They were so great, from questions before booking, through the booking and check in process, and throughout our stay - answering questions quickly and truly going above and beyond to give us ideas, great suggestions, etc. Truly great hosts and beautiful home. Can’t wait to stay here again next year.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The staff at VRC were great to work with on booking the reservation and making adjustments. The location was phenomenal, easy to ski in, just a few steps to ski out, and could watch the kids play in the snow from the living room. Great view of the fireworks and short walk to the village area.
