We enjoyed our stay in Allenspark. Home was well equipped with very comfortable beds.Nice property to explore. Short ride to Estes Park. Wild Basin area of RMNP across the main road.

It was a wonderful place to stay! Clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. And stocked with everything you could need, including entertainment (games, movies, books, tv)! Plenty of room and amenities for our family of 4 and my parents. Plus abundant wildlife right outside the back door- we saw several mule deer, turkeys, and smaller critters while we were there. It's tucked away in the woods, with a beautiful view of the mountain. It was so peaceful and quiet, even with visible neighbors. I only wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy it more! We would love to go back in the future. Worth. Every. Penny.

Our family of four (kids 19/17 years old) had a wonderful stay here. House was clean and well stocked. Beds were very comfortable. Communication was great. Located across the road from the Wild Basin entrance to RMNP. Just 10 minutes from the Longs Peak trailhead and 20 minutes from Estes Park. We really loved the peaceful wild setting - we saw a fox outside the house on our last day there. Would definitely stay here again.

This place was perfect for our family of 4. The property was well kept, clean, and well stocked. The property is so beautiful and quiet. We spent most of our time during the day in Estes Park, which was a short 25 minute drive, and the drive itself is breathtaking. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat that isn’t too far from town, this place is perfect!Communication was clear and the check in and out process was simple. We were hoping to see some wildlife during our stay and just as we were leaving, we saw a moose which was pretty cool.When we return to the area, we’ll definitely choose this property again, and I’ve already recommended it to a friend who’s traveling to Colorado soon.

Loved our stay at this mountain property. Peaceful, relaxing mountain home exactly as described. Beautiful house, everything one could ask for and more. Comfy beds, great decor, extremely clean which is very important to me, delightful setting, great communication with Kevin. He was very responsive to my questions. Will definitely stay here again and I highly recommend ! Very close to Estes and Wild Basin. Saw a bear and fox near property. Loved sitting outside on deck for meals or just hanging out.

Absolutely perfect location- peaceful, beautiful and exactly what we were looking for. House had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Tucked away in the wilderness away from traffic and close enough to be able to go into Estes Park every day for activities.

Great family getaway!

This home was spacious and comfortable! Quiet location allowed us to relax and unwind, but close enough to RMNP when we were ready to explore. Kitchen was perfect for preparing family meals. Great stay!

This was a lovely property. A nice, quiet setting and an easy drive into Estes Park. We often saw deer around the property and a large herd of elk on the drive from EP in the early early. The home was very well stocked with spices, toiletries, games, and movies. We would definitely stay here again.
