Clean, convenient, and great host.

We had a very lovely stay. Great location. Just a 10-15 min bike ride to either Harbour Town or Sea Pines Beach Club. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of appliances, utensils, dishes, etc. Everything was very well thought out to include lighting, bathrooms, and bedding. You will be very comfortable if you book here.

Best family vacation

We loved our stay in Sea Pines. Perfectly located near multiple gorgeous beaches, pools, shopping and food. The house was clean, spacious, and the host was always available via text and wanted our stay to be perfect. My only complaint is that our visit was too short!

Sea Pines Getaway

Our stay in Hilton Head at Sea Pibes was the best.it was a family gathering of 9 people from the ages of 23 months to 71 years of aged and there was plenty of room and privacy for us all. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped for meals The house is so tastefully decorated and so comfortable we would love to return to this beautiful house

WOW!!! Spacious, Stunning & Best Equipped Ever!!

From the moment we opened the front door, we were impressed with the overall spacious layout of the entire house! So beautifully designed & decorated!! The icing on the cake was the generously equipped kitchen…a vacation haven! The lush trees and large back screened in porch were also favorite spots for enjoying morning coffees!! Comfy beds too and awesome location!!

We loved everything! The house was beautiful, updated and very clean. It was perfect for our group of 9 people, ages 23 to 63. The location was great, we could bike to Harbour Town, Beach and Salty Dog! The owners were amazing and very communicative…I highly recommend

Lovely home in the center of Sea Pines

This was a great property for our family trip to HHI. Casey made sure to have everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen was well stocked and she has thought of every little detail. The home is just a short bike ride to the beach. Sea Pines is a nice, quiet place to stay, perfect for families and anyone who wants to be away from the hustle and bustle of Coligny.

Great property with lots of space and the perfect location!

We had an absolute great stay at this property. It was the perfect location, plenty of space for everyone, lots of wildlife to see from the screened in back porch in the morning (gators, deers, turtles, etc.), and the house was stocked with everything that a family needs. They really thought of everything and the owners were very responsive and great communication. They truly wanted us to be as comfortable as possible. We will definitely be back!

Great stay!

We had a great time in HH at this location. House was beautiful and the common areas were perfect for our multitenerational family vacation. Kitchen was well stocked. Beds were very comfortable, and the place was immaculate. Communicating with host was a breeze. They were super helpful and response time was excellent. We did find it tough at first with 10 people and 2 showers, but once we worked out a schedule it was good. Would definitely stay again :)

Family-friendly layout overshadowed by sink jam, broken dishwasher, and hostile host messages

The home matches the photos and comfortably housed our two families with five children under three. Unfortunately, the kitchen sink clogged on day three, disabling the garbage disposal and dishwasher for the rest of our stay. We reported it right away, but nothing was done. After checkout we received aggressive and demeaning texts and a surprise cleaning fee based on “facts” that didn’t match our observations (left in "atrocious" condition); when we asked to talk by phone, the host said she was “too busy” to talk over the phone and sent more hostile messages. I paid the fee only to avoid further conflict. Great house and location, but poor maintenance follow-through and combative communication left us disappointed.

Absolutely wonderful stay!!!

We had a party of 8 for most of our stay (including 4 adults, 1 teen girl, and 3 boys, ages 9, 10, and 12). We absolutely loved the home. It is very well decorated and was extremely clean. There were extra touches that were not at all expected were and very much appreciated.... The kitchen is stocked with many more kitchen tools than we have seen at other VRBO's. The kitchen also had 3 different coffee appliances (much appreciated by the coffee lovers in our group) - a typical pot, a Keurig, and a Nespresso. We loved the location - we rented bikes for the week and the kids spent hours just riding around the cul-de-sac, and riding to the local park to play basketball. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet. We spent many hours riding bikes through the neighborhood exploring and enjoying the peace and wildlife. We loved the 2 cats that would appear at the back door looking for food, and even saw 3 deer in the backyard one morning! We all felt like our vacation went far too quickly. We all would love to come back!!!

Great customer service, newly renovated

There were 9 adults on 65 yrs old. Our property owner promptly addressed concerns from the thermostat to just looking for stuff. Nice neighborhood and quiet. Great transportation service on the Island, spa and shopping. Day trip to Savannah an hour away. We felt safe in the house, wonderful screen porch for a nap or morning coffee. Previous reservation cancelled on us 48 hrs before by email WITHOUT a reason or phone call. Never returned our calls to explain why. This family rescued us by accepting our last minute reservation and immediately called us. This allowed us to keep our reunion plans we had worked hard on for a year. This owner was very responsive to all of our concerns and requests without going thru an agency. An owner who cares about her guests., Excellent service!!! Beautiful home with everything you need from utensils to linen. Washer and dryer, 2.5 baths, 3 bedrooms downstairs and 4 beds upstairs. Very roomy including family room and dining room. Wildlife included deers and a cat. Peaceful environment indeed.

Beautiful house in a great location in the heart of Sea Pines not far from the Sea Pines Beach Club. Even though we faced a few, unpredictable issues during our stay, the communication was great, and the issues were resolved promptly and completely.

Beautiful house

This house is very spacious and well equipped. The living areas are huge which is a big deal for our family of 10. The kitchen has seating for 14 people and it’s very well stocked. Lots of extra pots and pans and every gadget you need! The Nespresso and air fryer were a nice touch. Lots of room to spread out and felt very homey. We will book again! Also great communication with the host and property manager!

Home away from Home

This is an amazing property. We have been visiting HH for 5 years now and aways try to stay somewhere that feels homey and relaxing. When you’re on vacation you don’t want to have to worry about whether or not you remembered to bring every last title thing.This home was so well stocked with all the essentials, from sandwich bags to hair dryers, to laundry detergent. We felt like we were at home but doing all the fun stuff because we didn’t need to worry about whether there were cold packs for our beach cooler. The home itself is absolutely beautiful but with all the comforts that you want while on vacation. Cozy beds, soft throw blankets, lovely showers. It was hard to imagine leaving. The host is so communicative and their local maintenance crew was readily available for any hiccups that may occur. An amazing experience and grateful for the opportunity to enjoy such an amazing home while on vacation!

Wonderful home and neighborhood

Casey's home is beautiful and clean, and our group of 9 had plenty of room to spread out. We loved walking and biking through the neighborhood. We enjoyed riding our bikes to the beach and taking the shortcut trail to the nearby shops. We were disappointed to learn that the pool didn't open until April 1 and it isn't heated, but everything else about our stay on the quiet cul de sac was perfect. Casey is a very responsive and thoughtful host.

This home was exactly as described. Very well stocked kitchen/supplies. Nice, quiet neighborhood- which is in a good location to restaurants/ beach/ etc. our family of 8, ranging from 17-75 all enjoyed our stay. Host was communicative and helpful.

Annual Beach Vacay

The house was very well stocked with everything we could need for our trip. There were 9 people in our group (5 kids ranging from 15-7). The upstairs bedroom was perfect for all of our boys to sleep/hang out in. The main floor bedrooms were comfortable for the adults and the one girl in our group. The location to the beach was great; however, the house does not come with a Sea Pines resort pass so parking at the beach club was restricted at times. The pool and basketball court was within walking distance to the house which the kids loved. Communication with Casey was great! She was very responsive to any questions and all of the instructions were very clear. Overall another great Hilton Head vacation!

Great week!

Our family had the most fantastic time at this property. The house set up was good for our family of ten - 6 adults, 3 teens, 1 kiddo. We rented bikes and made our way back and forth to the beach most days. When we were tired of the sand, we went to the neighborhood pool which was essentially behind the house. The Shoppes at Sea Pines is right behind the neighborhood so we walked over there several times to grab food. Casey is such a great hostess and so easy to communicate with. The neighborhood definitely takes pride (as they should) in their surroundings so we wanted to make sure we were following the rules - no cars sticking out of the driveway, no beachy items on the front porch. Its a lovely home and should be treated as such. We hope to return someday!

We have very busy lives with work, sports and school, so we wanted a peaceful place to relax together as a family. We are looking forward to sharing our beautiful home with you to enjoy!

Why they chose this property

We loved the location of this property- a short bike ride to beach, community pool, tennis, basketball and playground- even the secret path next to the pool up to the Sea Pines Center! We also love the layout of this home- private suite in the back, the jack and Jill bedrooms, and the bonus room upstairs for kids and friends.

What makes this property unique

We have thoughtfully renovated the home with features that are durable, yet practical and beautiful. We wanted to give people a chance to "live in a magazine". Having a busy family of 6, it's a wonderful respite to go to the home to clean, simple, uncluttered living spaces. Having a pool, playground, tennis, basketball, and a secret path to the Sea Pines Center is an outstanding feature as well.
