This Queens Grant villa provides the perfect location for fun & relaxation in Palmetto Dunes Resort on HHI. With coastal inspired decor, spacious bedrooms, and private deck with outdoor dining your family will feel right at home during your island vacation!The beach is a quick 5 minute bike ride and the pool is only 20 steps from the front door with views from the living room window.
Perfect for families! With 3 bedrooms you can comfortably fit 8 guests; 2 Kings, 1 full, and 2 twins beds.

* Two sets of golf clubs for guest use
* Lots of natural light throughout with large skylights.
* New owners with a refresh of entire unit done in July 2022
* Community pool only a few steps from the front door.

The kitchen is well equipped with all that is needed to cook for your family, and the dining and living areas provides plenty of space for your party to gather. There is a half bath just off the living area for added convenience.
The master is located on the first level and features a king bed, flat screen tv and porch access. This room has a private bathroom with large vanity and tub/shower combo.
The two guest bedrooms are on the second level. The first room has a king bed and a flat screen TV. The second room has one full bed and two twin beds and a flat screen tv. These bedrooms share a jack and Jill bath with a large vanity and tub/shower combo.

Good, but not amazing

The owner is incredible responsive and VERY helpful in getting things taken care of. The location is fantastic right near the pool and a great back deck. This property did have some challenges, It just has one couch- which is not enough seating for a family of 6. The TV's are all pretty small, and strangely placed. The unit itself is rather old and even though its had a facelift in some spaces, it still has that "old" house smell. We struggled with the refrigerator not being cold and the air conditioning stopped working on us, but as I mentioned the owner was very responsive and did have someone on this issues right away. Be aware that you will need to pay for parking if you stay here. A parking pass is not included in the price. Ultimately, it was a nice location, and a nice host, but not the nicest stay we have had for the price.

Why they chose this property

We have been coming to Hilton Head Island and Palmetto Dunes, Queens Grant, for the past 7 summers and have absolutely fallen in love with the island and this community. A quick walk or bike ride to the General store, tennis courts, golf and beach makes it fun for the whole family.
