The Space:
Step onto the sand just 50 steps from your door and let the Space Coast set the pace for your stay. This first-floor condo at 400 South puts you across the street from Cocoa Beach's shoreline, with downtown a short five-minute walk away and the Kennedy Space Center just minutes south.
Sleeping arrangements
Unit B offers one king bedroom and one queen bedroom, each with ample closet space for your belongings. Room-darkening shades help you rest easy, and extra pillows and blankets are on hand for added comfort.
Living space
Natural light fills the common areas, where chic vinyl flooring and playful decor meet brand new furniture throughout. Settle into the lounge on the loveseat or couch and stream your favorite show on the Smart TV.
Kitchen & dining
The kitchen comes fully stocked with cooking basics, dishes and silverware, a dishwasher, stainless steel electric stove, oven, coffee maker, and toaster. Pull up a seat at the surf board bar, which seats four, for casual meals or your morning coffee.
Bathroom
The modern bathroom features a walk-in shower and a vanity, with extra storage tucked into the adjacent closet. Hair dryer, shampoo, body soap, and other essentials are provided.
Outdoor space
Step out to your patio or balcony, or make use of the private, fully fenced backyard and outdoor dining area. Fire up the gas BBQ grill for an evening meal outdoors, and grab the provided beach towels, umbrella, blanket, and snorkeling gear for a day by the water.

400 South is a newly renovated, 8-unit aparthotel just outside historic downtown Cocoa Beach, with a gated community across the street and stately homes throughout the neighborhood. Guests can enjoy the shared outdoor pool, heated and open 24 hours year-round, plus free parking on premises, free street parking, and an EV charger. The unit offers self check-in with a smart lock, central air conditioning and heating, a dedicated workspace in a room with a door, and a washer and dryer in the building. Pets allowed. Long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome.

400 South is a newly-renovated, 8-unit "aparthotel" located just outside historic downtown Cocoa Beach. Situated on one of its popular local beachfront streets, you'll be in perfect proximity to ocean - think daytime beach sojourns or a romantic sandy sunset walk. It's a 5-minute walk to downtown, and just 50 steps to the beach from the front door! The surrounding neighborhood is beautiful, with a gated community directly across the street and million-dollar mansions all around!

Located on A1A with Uber and Lyft being very prevalent in the area. Walking distance to downtown area.

Well appointed space, comfortable beds, relaxing pool area, great location with easy access to beach, plenty of beach and pool supplies readily available.
Very clean and well stocked! The location is perfect and within walking distance of coffee shops, restaurants, and shopping! The couches are soft and comfy and the beds are also comfortable! The Ocean is just across the street and easily accessible. It was the perfect place for our trip!

Great location. 1 min walk to the beach and 4 blocks from town. The management company was very responsive and the 2 bedroom apartment was perfect. The pool was perfect option in afternoons.

Absolutely great rental! Great beach access just steps away and easy drive to Space Coast baseball complex. Unit was clean and had absolutely everything we needed.
You can't ask for a better location! The beach proximity and downtown proximity was excellent. The pool was a great addition and the kitchen supplies were great. Saying it sleeps six is a bit of a stretch and we were pretty crammed, and the blinds on the door were broken, but other than that everything was wonderful!
The unit was exactly as pictured! It was a little smaller then I expected but with the heated pool at your back door and the beach a few steps away the size of unit was not an issue. The unit was well stocked. There was nothing that was needed. Would stay again!

Bed bugs.
This property has a good location with access to the beach but it is worn down and the pictures are dated. Most upsetting was discovering bed bugs on our last day. Yuck.
Overall the condo was fine. The location is fantastic. The pool was perfect for our family and the place is pet friendly. The attention to detail was severly lacking!!
The pictures/art in the living room and kitchen are missing from the walls. There is a random chain hanging down on the kitchen wall with something splattered all over that area. The flower pots inside have dead plants in them. The curtains in both bedrooms are ripped from the rod and require us to prop them to close the windows from view. In the bathroom, the hand towel holder is missing and there are hooks missing on the back of the door. In the kitchen, all of the pans are scratched/warped and most utensils were damaged. Overall, this place needs some TLC.
We expected the condo to be small, but there is no functionality to the space. The king room doesn't even have 2 nightstands and there is no where to place bags/luggage in either bedroom but the floor. A luggage rack would have solved that problem. Also, there are no areas to hang towels. Only 1 towel rod in the bathroom-no shelves or space to put any toiletries either.
We booked here based on location, pool, and being pet friendly. It was adequate at best. The condo is updated with nice finishings but didnt reflect the pics posted.
We were also asked to do an "inspection" during our trip which is not appropriate and inconvenient. All this info was shared with mgmt while we were there-they responded promptly but it didnt change anything.
We went on this trip to celebrate my son's 16th birthday and his wish was to go surfing. This property was right across from the beach and it was perfect. The property was very clean and well equipped. There were tons of places to eat nearby. My family and I liked this prooerty so much that we plan on returning before the summer is over.
