We had a fantastic stay at Sunridge Woods Villa! The location was brilliant — just around 20 minutes from Disney, making it really convenient for all the parks. Laura was also fantastic and very responsive to messages whenever we needed anything. The house was really well equipped with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The beds were comfy, the air conditioning kept the house lovely and cool, and the pool was a real highlight. We especially loved the views over the lake and watching the sunrise from the pool area — absolutely beautiful and peaceful! Particularly enjoyed watching the squirrels running over the roof!We would definitely recommend Sunridge Woods Villa and would happily stay again.

Great location and wonderful house

We were a family with two teenagers and this house was perfect. Far enough away from the tourist areas but close enough to get there easy enough. Plenty of room, everything you need and the pool was a hit with the kids in days we didn’t do anything. Would recommend

Nice Quiet Neighbourhood

We stopped here for 2 weeks having stayed in the Champions Gate area previously. I would definitely recommend if you want to enjoy the parks but want to take time away to relax. Communication with host was excellent, she was super responsive and ready to help if needed. The house is as pictured and was immaculately clean.

Wonderful stay in this very nice property. Great pool and spa. Nice area, excellent house and accommodations. Great to sit in lanai and enjoy the shore birds at the lake behind. Private location. The main detraction and reason for the 4 stars on cleanliness had to do with the exterior, not the house interior. Property needed a good Spring clean-up and the plantings needed maintenance and watering. Mentioned this to the property manager and someone came to pretend to blow around some leaves without really having any impact. We would return except property is not available when we next come to FL in 2027.

Wonderful Family Vacation Villa in Davenport, Florida

We had a fantastic time at Laura’s villa in Davenport. The location was ideal for visiting Disney and Universal, although there were some roadworks that slowed us down a bit. The villa was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for our family of four. We loved the kitchen, the large fridge freezer, and the dishwasher. We also appreciated the washing and drying machines, which came in handy for all the towels and turning some of our clothes around! The pool was amazing, with a beautiful view of the lake. It was so relaxing to read there in the evenings after a busy day at the parks. Laura was an excellent host, very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We highly recommend this villa for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Orlando. Thank you, Laura, for making our vacation memorable!
