So much space! We arrived the day after a hurricane and although the cleaners had to clean partly without power, home felt clean other than a couple items I won't even mention because they had to clean without power for crying out loud. Bedrooms downstairs are HUGE. Giant table in upstairs great room and huge table outside on covered deck - was perfect for our big group. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was nice but also having 2 extra bathrooms outside of the bedrooms was convenient. There were extra seasonings and oil left from other people I assume in the pantry that was helpful. We didnt think there was truly room for 6 vehicles and thought we would have to use public parking but we were able to fit two small crossover SUVS, a Chevy duramax 2500 and a Toyota tundra. Inside spaces were pretty perfect. Downstairs outdoor space could use some cleaning up but was still a great space we used and like I said it was the day after Hurrican Isais (sp?) Hit. Extra fridge was amazing and also the ice machine was a hit. Would stay again!

Grille was not clean had old aluminum foil with food grilled pieces left on grill. Sticker bushes overgrown around the bushes and grill. Had to move them out of the way so we could walk and grill.

Hi David, We do ask that guest clean the grill after each use. Thank you for bringing this to my attention. I wish that you would have let me know before checking out. Also, since we are beachfront we limited on what we can do on the dunes as this is a protected area where the grill is located. Iโ€™m so glad that only the dunes and the grill were youโ€™re only issue with the property and that the grill was in good shape and just needed a bit of cleaning!

Beautiful house with direct access to the beach. Tons of beach chairs, wagons & baby equipment. Fully stocked kitchen for cooking. Patrick was a great host, very quick to respond & took care of all our needs in a timely manner.

Excellent house and location

It's so nice to be able to step off the porch onto the beach. The house is great and kept up nicely. It fits our family well having so many bedrooms and everyone having their own bathroom. Truly an enjoyable week.

I am so happy that I chose this home for our family vacation. The house has been updated and is very, very nice. It is right on the beach, and away from the condo crowds. It had everything we needed, 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms so it accommodated our party of 12 very nicely. Plenty of space to sit around and watch TV and visit. Kitchen was well equipped, dishes, glasses, pots and pans, so we were able to cook and eat together at the table for 17. Definitely a keeper on my list to visit again.

This was a group stay of five couples, the house was spacious enough we never felt on top of each other. Private baths for all rooms, great beds. Loved the decks and access to beach outside the door!! Owner very communicative and checked on our arrival had a water leak and very fast connection on it . We would book again in a heart beat!!

Thank you very much for everything! The house was beautiful, very clean and well stocked with everything to accommodate our stay. For some of us it was our first time seeing the ocean and it was a fantastic first experience. We loved the hot tub and huge table for our games, the view and the space. We've already discussed coming back and sincerely hope to in the future.

Our group had an amazing stay! This house was absolutely perfect for multiple families with both adults and kids. It's incredibly spacious, with a layout that gives everyone their own space while still offering plenty of room to gather together. Having a private bathroom for every bedroom was such a huge plus.The home was exceptionally clean when we arrived and clearly very well maintained. Another feature we really appreciated was having laundry rooms on both floorsโ€”it made keeping up with swimsuits, beach towels, and kids' clothes so convenient.Patrick was an outstanding hostโ€”responsive, helpful, and incredibly quick to answer any questions we had throughout our stay.The kitchen was one of the best-stocked we've seen in a vacation rental. It had everything we needed, including kid-friendly plates and utensils, high chairs, and a Pack 'n Play, which made traveling with little ones so much easier.The swim spa was a huge hitโ€”we absolutely loved it and used it every day!
