Mishaps Made Right

We booked our stay here and were very excited to be located right in the middle of the 5th Avenue action with very nice amenities! Sadly, we ended up needing to cancel our reservation because we found the condo had suffered natural disaster damage which left us without water. The property manager and the owner were both incredibly helpful, astute, and communicative throughout the entire process! We are so very grateful for their kindness and professionalism. So, while we did end up finding another place to stay, I would book with them again! Great location, space and people!

Beware! This is a very noisy unit. This music on 5th Ave directly below plays every night until from 9:00pm until 1:00am. We did not sleep on the bed but moved to the pull out couch in the living room due to the noise level. There was confusion regarding the internet, operation of television & a replacement of a non-existent toilet seat. We were asked to have our unit available for a tour of by a possible future tenant.
