Crown Point Beach & Bay Vacation House - 3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, sleeps 10. Located at the tip of the Crown Point Peninsula, surrounded by water on 3 sides, walking distance to Crown Point Shores (Beach/Park and Recreation area). Boardwalk/Bike path just 2 blocks from the house, enjoy walking, biking or rollerblading around Mission Bay, with easy access to Mission Beach and Pacific Beach. Sea World is just over the bridge and the location is centrally located for quick trips to the Zoo, Downtown, Balboa Park, Lego-Land, Safari Park, etc...

3 Bedrooms: King in one Bedroom, Queen in second bedroom and full size bed in the third bedroom.

Family Room: Large family room with open beam ceiling and wood burning fire place. Large leather European Style Queen size sleeper sofa. Family room opens up to a sun drenched patio with 4 burner Viking Grill and outdoor dining.

Kitchen: Kitchen has been remodeled with granite counters tops, gourmet cooking island with prep sink, newer appliances and a Bay window that overlooks the patio. The kitchen opens up to the family room for a great room feel.

Living room: Large sun filled living room, hard wood floors throughout, leather sofa bed, leather love seat, and leather chair with ottoman plus 42' HDTV with expanded cable and DVR.

2 Bathrooms: Bathroom #1 has a Shower/Tub . Bathroom #2 has a Shower.

Patio: Saltillo tiled patio with large teak table and teak chairs, 4 Burner Viking Grill, dining al fresco and plenty of privacy. Professional Dart Board on Patio.

Free WiFi, DVD Player, Flat Screen HDTV, Stereo, BBQ, Full Kitchen, Beach Cruisers (Bicycles), Beach Chairs, Beach Towels, Boogie Boards, Sand Toys, Cooler, Portable BBQ for the Beach, Beach Umbrella.

In January 2019 we replaced all of the windows and screens with energy efficient windows that block the suns heat. The new windows will keep the house cool and comfortable and prevent the house from over heating from the direct sunlight.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please wash all dishes, pots, pans etc... Empty all trash into either the blue recycle bins or the black trash bins on the driveway.
Please return the furniture to the original location if moved. If the sleeper sofa was used, please strip the sheets on the sleeper sofa so we will know that it was used during your visit.
Place all used towels in the wicker baskets in the closets. Lock all doors and windows, leave 1 house key & 1 bicycle key on kitchen table, use the 2nd house key to lock up and replace in the lock box
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No loud noise or music after 10:00 PM on week days and after 11:00 PM on weekends
By using the bikes, the renter acknowledges and agrees to hereby release, waive, discharge, hold harmless the owners of the Crown Point Beach House

This house was heaven. Perfect for families. Kitchen was stocked with everything needed to feed us—even an instapot! We loved being in such a peaceful neighborhood and felt at home. The owners are also very responsive and helpful. We plan to come back next year!

A loverly home within walking distance to the water was a highlight!! Since the area was having an unseasonably warm week I was concerned about no AC, but the house cooled off nicely in the evening and the fans over the beds and throughout the home, made it very comfortable.

This is a cute house it the BEST location. Morning walks to the beach and a great protected back yard for coffee or to enjoy a meal or hanging out was great! Beds were comfortable, and the couches and chairs were also very comfortable for hanging out. Thank you

We loved this house. Perfect setup for our family. Lots of space to spread out, lovely back patio and a well equipped kitchen. Only thing missing are laundry facilities.

Fantastic, accessible home base for a family tripTraveling with three generations—my wife, our 10-year-old daughter, and an elderly grandparent—is a logistical puzzle. Finding a quality and relaxing rental was our top priority, and Eric and Yvonne's home delivered. The layout made it incredibly easy to navigate comfortably, sparing us the usual vacation home stress.Walking in, we were relieved to see the place was absolutely spotless. Eating out constantly gets exhausting so we cooked quite a bit. The kitchen is fantastic—spacious and stocked with exactly what we needed for family dinners after long days walking the San Diego Zoo and Liberty Station.Eric and Yvonne are the exact hosts you want. They checked in to ensure we were settled, and when I had a quick question or concern, they replied immediately. Just helpful, responsive, and easy to deal with.While the property doesn't have a direct beach view, the location couldn't be better. We loved using the provided bikes for easy rides down to the water at Mission Beach, and it was a convenient launching pad for driving up to the La Jolla tide pools.Great house, truly accessible, and run by wonderful people. What makes this property unique

Crown Point is one of the nicest areas in all of San Diego. It is a very upscale residential neighborhood that has water, beaches, parks and recreation areas on 3 sides of the peninsula. Every water sport imaginable is available for your enjoyment. There is always something happening at Crown Point Shores from the Crew Classic rowing competition, Thunder Boat Regatta Unlimited Hydroplane Racing, Water Skiing, Sailing, OTL Over the line tournament, Rock and Roll Marathon, Fishing, SeaWorld fireworks every night in the Summer, or just enjoying a relaxing day at the beach.
