Summer visitors need not fear - there's central air conditioning to keep you comfortable, and the balcony is all set up so you can enjoy fresh air. A private washer/dryer is installed to ensure you have every bit of gear you need when you need it. The full kitchen features a prep island that doubles as a casual bar counter, ideal for casual meals or pulling out the trail map. Enjoy unwinding in a delightful home filled with everything you need, done up in a stylish way. Guests needing to work from home will be delighted by the work-from-home setup available. It includes a monitor and a standing desk.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
