This newly renovated townhome is within walking distance of a private beach and is located at the Shoreline Towers condominium complex in a quiet area in the heart of Destin.
The townhome is spacious, with 1700 sqft and two stories. The bedrooms are located upstairs and have private bathrooms. The balcony overlooks a lake, offering a relaxing view.
The updated all-white kitchen has a wine cooler and all the tools you'll need to prepare meals and snacks.
Each bedroom has its full bathroom, and there is a half-bath downstairs.
The second bedroom has partial ocean views and lake views as well.
A dedicated workspace with split air conditioning is perfect if you work remotely. The internet is also stable and fast!
There is a screened porch where you can relax and watch the sunset.
If you are a fisherman, the lake has several varieties of fish, and fishing is allowed; some guests have pictures of their catch.
The house is so welcoming and comfortable that you will not want to leave.

- No tents, tarps, or canopies are allowed on the beach. In addition, no outside umbrellas are allowed when Beach Service is available (March to October).
- No beach chairs or umbrellas are provided by the owner.
