It is a comfortable 2-room apartment with integrated kitchen, shower / WC and large terrace in south-east location. In the underground car park is a free parking space available.
The comfortable sitting area in the living room can be transformed into a sofa bed for 1 person (1.30 x 2.20 m).
The modern fitted kitchen leaves nothing to be desired: it has a dishwasher and a multifunction cooker with ceramic hob, grill and oven. Of course, there is also a toaster, a kettle and a coffee machine.
This apartment is offered as a non-smoking apartment. Unfortunately, pets can not be brought along.
Free internet access (WLAN / LAN) is available.
