Your holiday rental is located right on the path to the fine-sand beach, which is about 250 metres away. There are numerous shops, cafés, and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The holiday rental is on the ground floor. It features a lush, green terrace measuring approximately 80 square metres. The terrace is equipped with seating and sun loungers, so you can relax here in style. A parking space is also reserved for you at the house.

The highlight is the nearly 80-square-meter terrace that wraps around two sides of the building. There, you can enjoy the afternoon or evening sun or relax on the lounge chairs. Numerous potted plants create a special atmosphere. During the summer months, the plants are regularly watered by a contracted service provider. Bicycles can also be parked on the terrace (which is covered by the balconies above). Barbecuing is not permitted out of respect for other guests.
