This premier ski-in/out studio unit features a king-size bed and a leather queen sleeper sofa, allowing the kids to join in the fun. This unit is one of the highly desired corner units, offering more square footage and a quieter environment (away from the elevator/open hallways) than the other studio units.

After a long day of hiking, skiing, or shopping, unwind in the living area with the HDTV with Comcast/Xfinity OnDemand or connect to your personal devices with high-speed WiFi.

Don't forget to recharge for the next fun-filled day by preparing a meal in the equipped kitchen. Recently remodeled with new granite countertops and flooring, you'll find a full suite of appliances and cookware. Start your morning with a pot of coffee and watch the 40" Smart HDTV. You'll see all the essentials included, such as linens, paper towels, an iron, and more. There are various grocery stores within walking distance of the unit, and the largest, City Market (a Kroger subsidiary), is just half a mile from the condo.

In The Village at Breckenridge Resort, you'll feel spoiled with excellent amenities located in the same building, just an elevator ride away. Amenities include indoor and outdoor pools, four hot tubs, a steam room, a dry sauna, and workout rooms. Free video games, billiards, etc., and don't forget to reserve both the theater and gamers' room located downstairs in the health club. Washers and Dryers are available on the floor of your unit for extra convenience.

This location is unbeatable! Besides ski-in/out access to the Quick Silver High Speed Ski Lift, you can hit the slopes early or easily access hiking trails. Main Street is just 1/2 block away and features art galleries, museums, shops, restaurants, and nightlife. And across the street, you'll find a stop for Breckenridge's FREE shuttle bus system to take you further throughout town or connect you with FREE bus service to other area resorts, including Arapahoe Basin, Keystone, or Copper Mountain.

Due to the unit's location, you do not need a rental car when visiting Breckenridge, Colorado.

If you have a car and need my assistance with parking, please let me know as soon as possible. There are three parking options available.
- **Option 1:** The Village at Breckenridge offers a heated garage for guests on a first-come, first-served basis, with parking costs varying by season. May 22 - Oct 31: $16/night. The 2026/2027 Ski Season rates range from $41 to $51/night, depending on the night.
- **Option 2:** I have another unit located approximately 150 yards to the east. If parking is available there during your stay, you can park for free or a modest tip if a neighbor's parking spot is available.
- **Option 3:** Additional parking is available near the ice rink and is serviced by the Breck Free Ride shuttle service for easy access to your vehicle.

I can direct you to ski rental discounts and transportation discounts to and from Denver International Airport via shuttle (no need to rent a car and worry about driving/parking).

No Smoking, No Pets, No Exceptions. This is strictly enforced by the Village at Breckenridge HOA, management, and the owner. When booking this unit, you agree to these house rules.

I often receive questions about whether the pictures posted are of the unit being offered and whether they are accurate/ unaltered. The answer to both questions is 'Yes'.
