Here Are A Few Kind Words From Our Past Guests:

“We very much enjoyed our stay here. The location is perfect, and there is free parking. The unit is clean, modern, and comfortable, and we liked the decor. It is a very short walk to the marina and downtown. The host communicated well, and pictures of the unit were accurate.” - Naomi

“This place was lovely and I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived. What they haven't put in the description is that you're less than a 100-foot walk to the gorgeous Grand Lake rapids! There's even a restaurant right next door where you can eat while they flow right by you... I mean literally there are dining tables on the edge of the rapids! The place was perfectly located right near the town, yet nature is all around you with amazing hikes. You're also about a 5 minute walk to the marina so bring your water toys. It is truly a lovely, hidden gem right next to Colorado's Grand Lake. I'll definitely be staying there again.” - Falcon

“A perfect spot, just a block off the main drag and within walking distance of everything Grand Lake has to offer. James' place was clean, communication was punctual and clear, everything was super easy!” - Joel

Functional overnight
We needed a place to stay before a backpacking trip in RMNP. The property was clean and provided what we needed. The only problem was that somehow the welcome email didn't get to me (I checked all of my email folders and there was nothing) so we didn't know which unit was ours, and the code they texted me didn't work. Thankfully they answered my phone calls and gave us a back up code that got us in!
