The property is divided into four individual rentals. The ground-floor units are occupied year-round, while the middle and top floors are available for vacation rentals. This listing features the top-floor unit, offering the best views in the house.

Step inside and you’re immediately greeted by the sights and sounds of the Atlantic. The spacious living room overlooks the beach, with large windows that bring the ocean right to you. From here, you can walk out onto your private beachfront deck, the perfect spot to enjoy sunrise coffee, catch the afternoon breeze, or unwind as the waves roll in. The living room also includes a TV for cozy evenings after a day in the sun.

As you enter the unit, you’ll find a second deck, giving you even more outdoor space to relax and enjoy the coastal air.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, microwave, and refrigerator, along with all the cookware, dishes, and utensils you’ll need for meal prep. Whether you’re putting together a quick breakfast or a full family dinner, you’ll have everything right at your fingertips.

This top-floor unit comfortably sleeps your group with two inviting bedrooms:

Wonderful location

We loved our stay, the location of the property is walking distance to several great restaurants and gift shops. We really enjoyed watching the ships come and go from the Savannah port.

This property was really clean and perfect for our staycation! The location of this house on the beach (pretty private) and yet walking distance to restaurants makes it a great place to stay.

We had the top floor, which offered a great view (if you don’t mind looking through the power lines.) Had direct access to the beach and plenty of windows to enjoy the sunshine and the ocean view from the property.

As described

The property was as described in the listing. Enjoyed the stay with easy access to the beach. Make sure and bring your own beach towels, extra trash bags and extra toilet paper. Also, the past king instructions are not super clear. For the top 2 units, you actually park in the driveway, not in the grass.

Perfect location on Tybee Island

We stayed for a weekend getaway. The house itself is very basic not one I would choose if I was cooking meals as there is no counter space. But the house was perfect for what we had planned. Everything was virtually within walking distance and there was a beach access right on the property. Also had 2 decks from which to enjoy the beach and ocean
