For safety concerns, Your innkeeper will have their own separate quarters and are here for taxi rides, catering, and safety. After we get you checked-in the ship is yours to enjoy and we can be involved as little or as much as you'd like.
Why they chose this property
The InnChanter has been a vacation rental on the west coast for 30 years. For many years we drove by past the InnChanter on our boats and dreamed of some day owning it. Now it's a dream come true.
What makes this property unique
The InnChanter is a totally different experience than your typical basement airbnb suite or hotel room....
First - we are floating on the ocean at our anchor and not attached to land in any way. You have to take a shuttle boat to get here and that is what creates this surreal feeling of being remote and as close to the ocean as possible. Come on - how often do you sleep on a ship?
Second - the boat is almost 100 years old and has a history that would take a meal or two to even scratch the surface of. She is all hand-crafted wood and has be restored with such charm and aesthetics you don't see in everyday homes.
