About this property

River Run Condos right on the Comal River

Location, location, location!! While it may take a car to get here, you can just park it and enjoy all that New Braunfels has to offer by foot!.....including river access on property.

Just recently remodeled my condo with new flooring, larger master bath with walk in shower and new vanity. Second bath has new walk in shower with new vanity. Entire condo has been painted with new lighting and fans.

There is a full kitchen for your use including Keurig coffee maker, toaster, coffee/creamer/sugar, basic seasonings, paper towels, bath tissue, shampoo, soap, garbage bags, dish soap, and cleaning supplies.

Sleeps 6! But it is only 867 square feet.

All bed linens, bath towels, kitchen towels provided. Please bring your own beach towels for pool / river use.

Premium cable channels and free Wifi

A pool and hot tub are on the property for guest use and also grills and picnic tables.

Wurstfest weekend

Perfect location for all our favorite places in New Braunfels over a long Wurstfest weekend. Enjoyed the clean, roomy condo and the weather was warm enough for dips into the Comal and onsite spa.

Great condo

This was one of the best units at River Run. This is a great location no direct sun in afternoon. The beds were super comfortable! If you are looking to stay at river run pick this location!!

Location is Perfect

We really enjoyed the location of this property. Texas tubes is right next-door, just walk over; you can walk to town easily; and you can hop right in the river. It was the 4th of July and it didn’t seem too crowded and no one was rowdy. The complex had a family friendly vibe. Very nice overall.

Fabulous condo!

The condo is amazing. Beautifully decorated and very comfortable! Extremely clean and well stocked! You are welcomed by a snack basket in the kitchen and in the front hallway there are a variety of family board games! They literally thought of everything! The condo is on the 3rd floor with an awesome view of the Comal River, the resort pool, and hot tub! The huge balcony has a very comfortable seating area for your morning coffee or just a relaxing evening! The kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans. Cooking there was a breeze. There were even community grills located all over the property for your use. The beds were all comfortable! The condo is located literally on the Comal River - you can just jump in, and it is within walking distance of downtown New Braunfels. It is also very close to Landa Park which was an amazing place to visit! Great host and has excellent communication!
