This apartment nr 6 is located in the holiday home Zur Alten Maar. It is a new building with 5 apartments.
On the ground floor there is an apartment with a terrace.
And upstairs there are two apartments.
All apartments have underfloor heating.
This apartment 6 is designed for 3 to 4 people.
We are happy to provide you with an extra bed or cot. Highchairs are also available.
A large parking lot is available directly at the property.
You are welcome to bring your sheets and towels, but you can also book a linen package from us.
This linen package (bed linen, 1 shower and 2 towels) costs 10.00 extra per person.
The attic apartment (46m²) has 1 bedroom with double bed, a single bedroom, bathroom, kitchen with dining and living room.
The living room has a sofa bed, possibly for one more person.

The house is located in the center and is located directly on the trail / bike path along the Dortmund Ems side channel.

Bakery 60m, pizzeria 40m and supermarket 400m away.
In Rorichum (2 km away) is a paddle station)
In Gandersum (3 km enfert) you can visit the Emsperrwerk.
In Neermoor (7 km) is a bathing lake.
A nice bike ride would be in the direction of Petkum (4 miles) and then by bike ferry to Petkum
In Oldersum many bicycle paths are signposted.
There is also a marina in Oldersum, right on the canal.
