Located just 6mi from the Ocean City Boardwalk, which offers 3 miles of shops, restaurants and attractions, and 10 minutes from Downtown Berlin, a quaint town with local boutiques, antique shops providing you a more calm atmosphere.

The space
Once you've enjoyed all that Ocean City and Downtown Berlin has to offer, come back and and unwind, have take out or a home cooked meal in the full service kitchen, watch a movie on the large mounted flat screen, perfect for the gamers and Netflix binge watchers in the family, or simply cuddle up in one of our cozy bedroom spaces with a book or get some R&R.

Want to get back outside, take a walk in the neighborhood, enjoy one of the many parks, pools, trails or neighborhood water access views. Average beach style property

I had mixed feelings about this place. I think with a little more effort it could shine. It was fine for our family. Some parts of house had been renovated and other parts not. I feel like the pictures made it look more modernized than it was, especially the bathtubs were older and the blankets, and hot water lasted like 6 minutes. Mattress pretty rough. It felt a little like those things should be fresher in a Vrbo. It does have the other amenities you need though, tv, wifi, heat/ AC and a nice location. Cute bunk bed for kids. Outside porch & patio was pretty dirty, windows not cleaned so it felt a little sad sitting out there. Owners were friendly and easy to get in touch with. Overall 3 stars.
