Very good communication, clean and nice unit. Unfortunately it was a mile away from where I expected it to be and was not as convenient as I was lead to believe.

This property is not next to Van Andel Arena. Its on the other side of the highway. I was so irritated, i only rented this because vrbo as well as expedia said it was next door. This is false advertisement, completely deceiving. Not to mention it was so cold that the electric lock they had for the keys didn't work and we were sitting in the cold for almost an hour waiting for the lock to reset and putting in a new number. It never worked and someone had to come and get it open for us. We were not expecting to have to uber everywhere because we were told it was within a 3 min walk to Van Andel and walking distance to restaurants and bars. So that became very very expensive. On the other hand the property was clean and very inviting. Everything worked as advertised. They were quick to respond to our problem initially. I will not be staying again but it has nothing to do with the managing of the apartment. The queen size bed in the other room was not comfortable at all... you should invest in a memory foam topper. This was a very very unexpected pricey vacation.

Great location, comfortable stay

The property was safe, clean and in a great location. Parking was easy and the apartment was as advertised. Other reviewers have mentioned the street noise and it is noticible but not awful. Would stay again
