Upscale lodging at it's finest!!

We loved the convenient location within walking distance to Rapp's Barren Brewery, Brewed Awaking and the outside Summer Concert was awesome!! The lodging was very upscale with all the modern finishes and bedding was top notch. We have stayed at alot of VRBOs and this one was very impressive!! Jared

Husbands Birthday fishing trip

We booked this sweet villa for 1 nights to go out with a guide fishing for my husbands bday! It is spacious and very nice! The owners are very sweet helped with our pups as our other rental got double booked! We will be back

Convenient clean stay….

I recently stayed at the property with a friend while visiting my parents in Mountain Home. The home is very convenient to everything, in a residential neighborhood, and we were actually welcomed by a neighbor when we got there. The inside is clean and stocked with cookware, and the decor is nice. Not a con, but do note that one of the shower areas is a little small. Very nice rental and enjoyed our stay!

Small property located on a very busy street. It was hard to sleep at night due to noise from street traffic and car lights. The property was not as clean as reviews stated. The dryer did not function properly and the washer smelled of mildew. The couch was torn up and broken. I was disappointed in this location and would not stay again.

Nice place offered by nice people

The property is very clean, well furnished and nicely decorated as advertised. The owner was very responsive and accommodating. There were only two things that detracted from the overall rating of this property. The first was that there isn't any place to spend time outside (no patio, deck, or chairs). The second was that the home is located near several schools and a hospital and near an intersection with a stop sign. That means that a steady stream of cars beginning at 6:30 a.m. all have to stop and accelerate at the intersection right in front of the house on week day mornings during the school year. I would also add that the price listing for this property is a bit misleading in that the daily rate advertised is actually much higher when all the fees are added in.

Hi Laynie, Thank you again for staying with us and taking time to leave us a review. I can understand the need to have a table and chairs outside for our guest and this is where your review is so valuable to us for the future. Right now, our guests enjoy a huge open area for boat and trailer parking. I have seen several times where guests enjoy using lawn chairs at the rear of the property by the creek if they are not using those spots for parking. One of the main attractions to this property for most folks is that it is walking distance to the music district, hospital, school walking track, and downtown retail center, while still being several blocks away from main business highway. As you book your stays from hospitality marketing platforms such as, VRBO & Air BnB, you find that the extra fees are how they get paid for bringing property owner and guest together. Normally, even with extra fees you will find the total cost much less than a comparable hotel, with a better family experience. We would live to have you back and ask that you let us give you some different location options that may be a better fit. See you next time!
