Family vacation

The place was awesome! They supplied everything you needed The area had lots of restaurants! Parking was tight but the people living in the area was nice when u needed to get out of the driveway. Overall, loved the place!

Booked this place in a budget trip for my partner and I for a little getaway. The process checking in and such was not bad. There was some little parts of the Vrbo that could use some touch ups as well. The neighborhood was alright for Savannah, just an old place that needs some touching up again. Overall not a bad trip.

Do not waste your money

This is the first time I have ever left a bad review. This place was such a disappointment The only good thing about it was the location. The walls were dirty, the toilet leaked in one of the bathrooms, along with the sink pipe under the vanity. It had a kitchen pot catching the water underneath. The shelf behind the toilet was falling apart and had scratch marks on both bathroom doors from dogs Im assuming. Neither exhaust fans worked in the bathrooms. Ants crawling in the kitchen, a dirty sponge was left for us and the water sprayer was broke. Blinds were broken in both bedrooms. The couch and all kitchen chairs were stained. I hated to even sit down anywhere. Place needs a total overhaul.

Quick stay

The property was ok, but there were a bunch of little things that were wrong. The exhaust fan in the hall bath did not work. There were not enough coffe mugs. The property needs a good cleaning, walls were dirty, the inside of the front door was very dirty. The dining area chairs need cleaning. We arrived after dark and had trouble finding the home. The picture on line, was actually the house next door.

Great place .

First let me say this little place is great . This is where our Daughter picked to go for her 19th birthday. (Tybee Island) . Staying actually on TI was crazy expensive. So we chose this place for the price point and location. This place is so close to everything you’d really have to struggle to be mad at the drive time to the beach or any restaurants and excursions. We actually arrived earlier than expected , and he let us check in a couple hours early . Upon check in ,on the kitchen counter were 2 books of things to do while in the area . Very helpful. The place was cute and very clean. They have 2 coffee makers ,1drip &1 Keurig . It had a small backyard area if you choose to use it. The AC works very well!! Has a large tv in the master bedroom and a smaller tv in the 2nd bedroom. The master bedroom has a bathroom. There is a washer and dryer available to use in the unit. The host was very quick to respond to messages . The later check out time was great as well . If we are back in the area and this is available we would stay again !! We went on the Sunset Dolphin Cruise . Highly recommended!! We ate at Huc-a boos pizza place .get there early . They are a very popular place and rightfully so . We also ate at Fannies on the beach and Rock House Both were good . If you are going to hang out on the beach ,get there EARLY. Or you will Spend time looking for a hard to find parking place (lesson learned)

Not dishonest, but certainly inaccurate.

The best thing about the property is the proximity to everything. The listing was not dishonest. It is a 2 br, 2 ba. It was technically clean, but not really. I can see that someone topically cleaned. Absolutely. But every piece of furniture was spotted, filthy, or in such saggy disrepair that the whole experience felt dirty. The primary bed was so saggy, both adults had backaches both days, the pillows on both beds so thin from reuse I felt like I needed to put towels on them to sleep on them. The pictures are nice, but strategic. The furniture is so spare that there is an echo and sound travels throughout the unit such that you can hear someone else’s conversation even with the doors closed. There is no place for the family to gather to watch tv. There is no place to rest drinks in the living room. There is no place for the 2nd person in the primary room to place anything beside the bed. The cabinets in the bathrooms are falling apart. My phone number did not work to unlock the door so the owner gave me another code to try. While this was an immediate response that got us access, it did not feel safe. It felt like their “default” code that multiple people would have. It was the most uncomfortable rental we have had in a very long time.
