Great property and experience. House has plenty of beds to sleep large groups.

Great property for a get away. Has lots of sleeping space in a great location not to far from the beach. Had my 16u team stay with me they enjoyed the property also they loved the pool table. Great place I would definitely recommend and stay again.

Relaxing Getaway

The house is gorgeous! Just like it looks in the pictures. It was a perfect relaxing getaway for a couple or small family. I would love to go back!

Great house

This was a very clean and cozy home, it came with a lot of great amenities and a really nice host. Anyone would be lucky to stay here during there Miami vacation.

We had a great stay at this property. Everything in the house we needed, plenty of space for our family of 4. Very clean. Pool was lovely and clean. We would return and stay here again for sure. Host very responsive and helpful.

Great property and responsive host

The home was beautiful with a pool and pool table. Lots of cooking and sleeping supplies to make us feel at home. On top of that Liliya was very responsive throughout the trip and promptly fixed some ac issues we were having. Would highly recommend!

Nice vacation

This house was great, exactly what the pictures showed. Nice open space with new furniture and appliances. Beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, beach towels were included. Plenty of extra pillows, blankets. Backyard pool was great addition. Would stay again

Our Summer Holiday 2024

We had an absolutely fantastic stay here for 2 weeks. Check in and out was smooth and well instructed by Liliya, along with other essential info. The place was just like the pictures. Light and Clean and Spacious

Our two couple vacation outside Fort Lauderdale was made very enjoyable by staying in this recently renovated 2BR, 2B home conviently located to lots of attractions in the Fort Lauderdale area. Very clean and spacious, with a delightful pool and patio, spacious kitchen and sitting room. Communication with our host Liliya was always prompt and courteous.

Served Our Purpose

Quick weekend break with a few friends. The place is clean, updated, and spacious (enough space for 4-6 people). Beach toys, cooler, chairs, etc...are available if needed. Owner respsonds fast to inquiries. Swimming pool is a little small, but good enough. The place is around 15-20 minutes from most beaches and 15 minutes from FLL airport. Overall, it served our purpose.

Beautiful Property & Great for Kids!

We stayed here for 7 days, and we were thoroughly impressed with the cleanliness and overall aesthetic of the property. We have a 3 and 5 year old, and they loved the pool and backyard (the pool tanning ledge was a great spot for my daughter to play in the shade). We took family walks to the park nearby and the beach was only a 15 minute drive from the house (we recommend Lauderdale by the Sea - beautiful beach, shops, and restaurants). The host Liliya was incredible! She replied to my messages right away, and she did everything she could to ensure our stay was perfect. My husband and I enjoyed playing billiards, and I loved using the running trails located near the house. The home is equipped with everything we needed, plus more (life jackets, sand toys, beach chairs and umbrella, cooler, beach towels, etc). Highly recommend this VRBO to anyone who is looking to stay in the Fort Lauderdale area!

All you wish for a vacation home

The property was very clean, recently renovated, and in perfect condition. The owner was responsive and very helpful. Always answered our questions in a few minutes. My grown up children loved to play with the pool table in the family room. All three big wall mounted TVs (one in each, master bedroom, living room and family room) had many channel options to watch. WiFi service was very good. We found everything we needed to have a great vacation time, including beach chairs, towels, beach umbrella, and boogie boards. We arrived during a day that was unusually cold (in the thirties) and the heating was great, keeping the house warm. A few days later the temperature was in the high eighties, pretty hot, and the central air cooling made the house nice and cool. The bed mattresses were very comfortable, we didn't have any backaches at all. The house has a master bedroom with a queen bed and a private bathroom; a second bedroom with a full and a twin bed, and a second bathroom. The spacious bedroom closets had three extra twin beds/mattresses, pillows, towels, sheets and blankets, and a baby playpen in case they were needed. There is a laundry room next to the kitchen with a new washer and dryer. The eating-in kitchen is immaculate, all new, with all the utensils, pans, plates, etc. The kitchen connects with the living room and the family room. The living room has two big sofas and the family room has two comfortable arm chairs. There is a backyard with outdoor seating and a fire pit (even there were sticks for toasting marshmallows in the fire!) . The front of the property has ample space for parking your car off the street. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, about a block from a nice park and lake that is great for walks, about two blocks from a Walgreens pharmacy, a gas station and restaurants, and it's conveniently located to easily access route I95. The closest beach is Lauderdale By The Sea, about 15 minutes by car. I would recommend this property and would rent it again if I come to Fort Lauderdale area for vacation.
