Place was really clean, great location! It only took us about 10 mins to get to universal studios. We enjoyed the pool table in the garage! Would definitely stay here again.

Orlando trip

Renovated completely inside to a modern feel. Felt really clean. Location was great. Near the mall and many restaurants. Universal Studios was about 10 minutes away. Joel checked in periodically. He brought us extra towels, had maintenance check out the hot tub, and basically was making sure that our trip was great. Thanks, Joel!

Did the job!

The house was in a quiet neighborhood. The house was clean and it fit all of our needs. The couches were not comfortable. It did have a hot tub that did not heat up. The owner was very helpful and communicative and he made up for the hot tub not working.

House needs some maintenance

House is in a good location. 25 minutes to Seaworld, 50 minutes to NASA. Mall and restaurants close by. House wasn’t very clean, ants inside and outside, no seating on the patio, hot tub wasn’t filled, dishwasher wasn’t working, kitchen wasn’t well stocked. Manager was very helpful and addressed the issues. Hopefully future guests can enjoy their stay. House is very spacious and furnished nicely.

Beautiful newly renovated house

Lovely clean, modernly renovated house with upscale finishes. Motion sensor lights are funny because you have to keep waving your arms around if on the toilet for a while. The motion sensor driven kitchen sink faucet also took us a while to figure out. The house had a strong fragrance of cleaning detergents, and felt squeaky clean. There is a pool table, foosball table, and arcade basketball in the garage, which our kids enjoyed. Really lovely place!

Good enough

The good, location was great and I was able to check in on time. Loved the game room and did have a hot tub. The bad, on arrival, horrible smell from the previous clean up we had to deodorize. Ice maker didn't work. Beds were not comfortable like cheap old spring mattresses. It's good enough for a place to sleep after a park run but nothing special.
