Luxurious floating condo !!! very private with great river views
Grocery store one minute drive ,restaurants three minute drive We really enjoy this quiet location total relaxation !!!!!!! top deck for sunbathing with great views watching the other boats come and go ..You may also see the occasional dolphin or manatee swim by maybe even an alligator .LOL!!!!!! Full kitchen, full-size fridge regular electric stove. It really is a floating condo only better because if you want to talk about waterfront, fish off the front deck of the boat if you want to. Great views, while having your morning coffee on the front deck. we truly do enjoy seeing other people. Enjoy it as much as we do. please feel free to ask any questions that you have

We have lived aboard for almost 15 years and love it !!!!!! We love to share it with others it is such a different experience from a regular condo stay. The boat does not leave the slip ,so you are very securely attached . the holding tanks are pumped out twice a week so nothing to do there ,but enjoy nature , lots of fish jumping , turtles and birds, and of course the occasional kayaker who wants to know everything about the boat LOL all 62' of her !!!! Use the top deck as you wish , sunbathing or just a glass of wine with a great view....

Another really neat feature is a totally private beach very small two minute walk from the boat and you are still on the marina grounds …close to restaurants , 1mile to grocery stores , 5 min from downtown shops , 5 mins to Thomas Edison's home , casino 40 min away , sanibel island is 30 min away , history tours downtown , lots to do ,or just stay onboard and relax with a glass of wine [as you can tell we are wine drinkers] Pease enjoy i promise it will be very romantic
What makes this property unique
just staying on a 62' boat is very unique with lots of wild life to see … This will be a truly unique experience We are located in a very quiet marina. You will get to stay where the locals stay. This is not a big commercialized marina, you will also get to see some damage that hurricane Ian left behind even after two years we’re still cleaning up from it
