On the first floor there are three bedrooms, a bathroom and a terrace. It is fully furnished, decorated and equipped. It has satellite TV, CD and DVD as well as central heating in all rooms. Air conditioning in the 4 rooms.
From the kitchen you reach another covered terrace with table and chairs, a cistern and a barbecue. From this terrace you have access to the 10m pool. x 5 m surrounded by garden and with an outdoor shower.
It has a garden of 500 m2. covered with grass, with hedges, palm trees, oleander and other trees.
It has a parking space for two cars.
