About this property

Minutes to the Mountain

4 bedroom 3.5 bath home located on nearly 5 very private acres.
Located just off Edson Hill Rd with easy access to Mountain rd offering a 5 minute ride to either Mountain or Town.

Beautiful, spacious Master bedroom en suite with large walk in shower, double sink vanity, etc. Second floor has an additional 2 bedrooms (1 queen bed and 2 twin beds sharing a full bath. In addition there is a loft area complete with sofa and desk on this level.

The first floor features an open floor plan connecting living room, dining room, sitting area with fireplace, and upscale kitchen complete with Viking stove and Sub Zero refrigerator. The 4th bedroom (queen) is also located on this level with 1.5 bathroom and laundry area. Doors lead to expansive deck where you can enjoy the peace and quiet and the serene sounds of nature.

Walk down to the lower level for a game of ping pong or to watch TV.

There is a 1 week minimum for renting. We do prefer a 2 week rental.
