Living, Dining, Full Kitchen, Home work station, Washer/ Dryer, Pantry, Two bedroom, two bath, Storage closets, Bedroom 1 walk in closet.
Cleaning starter kit: paper towels, sponges, laundry pods, Clorox wipes, toilet paper, shower liner & dish soap.
No elevator in building.
Background check and approval required by the condo association prior to lease. Leasee to pay $100 (to Grand Venezia) per person non refundable application fee.

Nice, comfortable condo!
Jason was so responsive that any of our questions were answered immediately! The condo is nicely decorated & we loved sitting in the bright area by the windows where there is a pretty dining room table!
