Master Bedrooms up and down. Upstairs has 4 bedrooms and four baths with large closets. Upstairs balcony offers spectacular views of the intercoastal. Professionally designed interior furniture, bleached wood cypress kitchen. Stunning outdoor space with Private pool and hot tub right on the water.

Loved the house

We loved everything about this house - all the bedrooms were as pictured and had everything you needed. Having a bathroom for every bedroom was such a luxury too. The kitchen was fully stocked with any and every appliance and made our Thanksgiving dinner preparation a breeze. Indoor and outdoor lounge space gave us so much room to spread out. Wish we could have heated the pool but we settled for the hot tub. I would recommend this place to anyone - it has a great home feel to it. Wish I had booked longer than a week.

The home is beautiful and the layout and location perfect location. However, the home is not being taken care of as it should and can affect your stay. Upon arrival we had 2 sink faucets not working (batteries needed to be replaced), vacuum did not work (host suggested I use the back pack vaccum they use, but I had back fusion surgery 3 years ago so I can’t put that weight on), mold found in blender, coffee maker, kitchen sink, kitchen sink mat, dish towels. Mop head was black and un usable, Pool cloudy and dirty with lots of debri on the bottom (pool person came 2 days before we checked out, pool net has holes. boat house lights flicker in a random pattern when turned on, coach light by water missing the lid and shorts out when raining flickering, 1 outside fan missing all the blades so when turned on it clicks and bangs making it impossible to use, GCFI electrical out hanging on kitchen counter with exposed wire, broken glass candle vase, couch is so sunk in it’s beyond uncomfortable and found crumbs and used paper towel, no hot water 2 bathrooms, hot water rest of house is only warm (never hot) and runs out of warm water in just minutes, washing machine replaced during our stay host was to reschedule, no heads up (even after I asked to be notified when they were coming), unorganized kitchen drawers with pots and pans just thrown under the cabinets, old towels for bathrooms, porch furniture smells like mildew and no cushion left - so it’s like sitting on metal.

Great place to vacation!

This house was perfect for our family vacation. Very spacious with enough room to spread out or all hang out together. The pool and spa was great and had a great view. Angie was quick to respond to any questions we had. Highly recommend this property if you are spending time in the New Smyrna Beach area or even Daytona.
