The perfect place! It is nestled in the mountain countryside, while still being close to downtown Missoula as well as golf and all the river activities. The host made us feel like family.

Family reunion

It was a beautiful place and ours family truly enjoyed our times there. The master bed was uncomfortable but everything else was good. Overall would stay again and definitely recommend!

Awesome stay

This home was terrific for our family stay.Jennifer was wonderful to work with, the communication on the check-in process was easy to understand. The home was great and it meet our needs as a family. The deck and the view of the Potomac valley was spectacular.

Great family vacation spot!

We had a great time staying here, which was perfect for our family reunion. We enjoyed having the large dining spaces and outdoor patio to enjoy spending time together. Great location that had easy access to Missoula as well as lakes and trails outside the area. It made it a great spot for going on day trips for our family. We also liked having the many kitchen amenities for making breakfast and dinner. Great hosts too!

This cabin was all it was advertised to be and more. The location was perfect. It was quiet, private and right in the middle of everything we wanted to do while visiting. The horses on property just added to the experience. Communication with the owners was easy, prompt, pleasant and they were extremely helpful. We were hesitant to book a cabin without AC in July and as luck would have it, it was in the 90s while we were there. We were pleasantly surprised how cool the log cabin stayed. We were comfortable day and night. We have only been home for a day and already wish we were back! The owners pride in their home shows immensely and once you are there you can see why.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful log cabin! Truly felt like home. The kitchen was well stocked and Jennifer was so quick to answer questions and offer suggestions of things to do. We enjoyed fly fishing, horseback riding, a day trip to Glacier/Whitefish and relaxing at the cabin. We also enjoyed watching the deer that came every morning and our girls loved the horses. Montana is beautiful and this cabin made it the perfect trip!

A Montana Gem!

This was hands down the best property we've stayed at during our adventures in MT. The property was immaculately cared for, owners incredibly accommodating and the house was so comfortable and felt like home. Probably one of the best experience ever! The house is just as advertised. It is well appointed, incredibly nice, and in a beautiful location. The kitchen and bathrooms have everything you might need. We were able to cook several meals without having to buy any of the staples, e.g., oils, spices, butter, etc. Always a treat to visit a well-appointed and cared for home. Communication with Jennifer was A. All in all, a great visit in a great house with a great host. 5 stars all around.

What a place to stay. The scenery, the property, the outdoor spaces, and the inside and out is so lovely. Kitchen had all that was needed, spices, utensils, silverware, dishes etc. Horses and cows grazing in the pasture. Birds galore! Plenty of space for kids to run. The best VRBO I’ve ever stayed at!

A piece of paradise in Big Sky

Spent 5 nights in this magnificent property. My family and I have rented many properties throughout the country over the last few years. From the coast of Maine to the Pacific cliffs of Oregon, but this property and everything that comes with it stands above the rest. The owners are delightful people who check with you regularly to make sure everything is perfect. A wonderful touch of a welcome basket with local goodies(love the huckleberry taffy and syrup) and a handwritten note greets you. Morning coffee and evening cocktails on the deck and in the hot tub. Star gazing at night. Horses that come to say hello a couple of times a day. It really is almost like a Hallmark movie. Close to everything you want to do, fly fishing and tubing the Blackfoot , white water rafting, and only a short drive to Kettlehouse Brewery and Missoula. Glacier Nat'l Park is a 3 hour drive and we did a day trip which is very manageable. House is impeccably clean and well kept with so many nice touches. Loved watching the hummingbirds come every morning to get a drink of water from the feeders on the deck. If we are ever lucky enough to visit Montana again, there is no place else we would go to. It was very hard to leave.

Montana Postcard Stay on Bear Creek Rd

Property is picturesque. Plenty to do in the area. Toured the Garnet Ghost Town, went to Seeley Lake, Mtn Biking at Marshal Mtn, Johnsrud park is a great place to cool off. Missoula is a beautiful short drive away. We loved sitting around the table on the deck watching the hummingbirds. Kitchen is well equipped. Highly recommend.

Perfect Family Getaway

We were so fortunate to have found this home when we did. We originally had reservations at another VRBO and the owner canceled our reservation because they sold the property. I was scrambling and this home had just become available as a new rental. The location was exactly what we were looking for, the home was equip with EVERYTHING, the horses were a bonus and the owners were easy to reach with any queations. It was just perfect. Relaxing and peaceful. Thank you!!!
