Der Balkon ist morgens schattig und bei warmen Temperaturen ideal zum Frühstücken. Zentral aber ruhig gelegen, bis auf frühe Anlieferungen für Restaurant. Nachmittags sonniger Balkon incl. Sonnenuntergang. Schlafzimmerbett sehr einfach und mit 140cm Breite sehr unbequem für 2 Personen. Ausziehbare Coach im Wohnzimmer guter Schlafkomfort (160 cm). Etagenbett für Kinder in der Diele , mit raffinierter Schranktür vom Wohnzimmer abtrennbar. Küchenausstattung umfangreich. Manchmal stinkender Fluss.

Die Lage direkt am Strand mit Blick aufs Meer und den Fluss ist ein Traum. Auch Läden und Bars sind fußläufig gut erreichbar. Der Balkon ist windgeschützt und geräumig. Nachts ist vor dem Haus leider grelle Beleuchtung. Das Schlafzimmerfenster geht auf den Gang zu den Wohnungstüren, mit offenem Rollo oder Fenster schlafen ist daher schlecht möglich. Küche und Bad sind neu, das Haus selbst eher älter, die Möbel schlicht. Gutes W-LAN.

Falta de limpieza y de una reforma

El apartamento tiene las mismas vistas que aparecen el las fotos ( magnificas);pero estaba completamente descuidado ,con una gran falta de un reforma y la limpieza también no era la adecuada . Tuvimos un problema con las persianas y la agencia enseguida nos lo soluciono. Las vistas desde la terraza eran muy bonitas, y la cercanía a todo sin necesidad de coger el coche

Logement trop restreint et encombré.

Le logement est fort petit et les lits superposés qui sont placés dans le couloir, ne font que perdre de la place. Les nombreux placards sont aussi fort encombrés de vaisselle et outils de cuisine qui doivent venir de de divers héritages. La terrasse est aussi encombrée d'une grande table et n'a plus de store solaire. Le parking est aussi trop petit. Le point positif est la vue sur l'esplanade et l'océan. .

Bel appartement vue sur mer ..super.. Dommage qu il manque une machine à laver le linge. Place de parking pas facile d acces. Sinon tout est très bien...

Mi figue mi raisin

Après plusieurs heures de route, nous avons du passer à l'agence pour retirer nos clefs. Quelle mauvaise surprise de devoirs attendre à nouveaux (eh oui! Tous les vacanciers ont le même créneau horaire à respecter, quel dommage) Fort heureusement, les compétences de l'employé et les explications sont de rigueurs) Arrivée à notre logement, nous découvrons un studio sans âme. La propreté est de mise mais nous avons eu l'impression d'un assemblage de meubles et de bibelots sans cohérence.Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas plus d'implication dans la décoration. Sinon, tout le nécessaire est présents et la vue magnifique sur la mer est à couper le souffle. Studio très proche du centre ville et des grandes villes touristiques.
