Hi Spot Studio with shared beach on Winnipesaukee!

Welcome to Hi Spot! Lake Winnipesaukee Studio Suite with a Queen bed, as well as a Queen pull-out couch, Kitchenette, and full bath. There is a back deck that has views of the lake with a nice patio seating for you to enjoy a meal or just take in the beautiful view. The suite sleeps up to 4 people.

There is parking for 1 vehicle only. Visit the beautiful private association sandy beach right across the street. Bring your kayaks and Paddle Boards (or rent them) and launch them right from the waterfront. Unfortunately, we cannot accept pets at this location. Come and spend time in this great location for summer activities and events!

Our planned VBRO had issues (no power) so we were forced to find something quickly...and luckily this property was available! Beautiful spot...private beach with walkway into the lake! 5 minutes in either direction to anything needed. The apartment was clean and quiet. Would definitely recommend!

It was a nice stay. Older building but clean. There was a slight sewer smell in bathroom. Overall....very nice and convenient to my family and friends.

Not a great stay or memory

Terrible place. Ants, torn up furniture and VERY SMALL. Not a great experience and we ended up calling our vacation short two days because of this accommodation.
