The Villa Histria in Kavran, close to Krnica, is a modern house that offers a breathtaking view of the beautiful green landscape of eastern Istria on the one hand and the Kvarner Bay and the island of Cres on the other, covering 950 square meters of separate private land,
This beautiful villa is located on the ground floor (160m2), with swimming pool (32m2) can accommodate up to six people. There are two bedrooms witch are air conditioned and fully equipped. Each bedroom has a double bed (180x200) and a TV-SAT device. Single bed (90x200) can be placed in the bedroom. Each bathroom has a hair dryer. One bathroom has a washing machine, iron and ironing board, cloth dryer rack. The living area consists of: living room with two sofas and a TV-SAT, dining room with a table and 6 chairs and kitchen, which has various appliances to facilitate food and drink preparation, such as a coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, Oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, stove with ceramic hob (plates: 4). The table, chairs and a barbecue are on the terrace (60 m2). There are sunbeds next to the pool. Free use of Wi-Fi. The villa was built in 2014. For the house construction and the design a lot of effort and love were spent, so that you have a pleasant and comfortable stay. We hope that we can meet your expectations.
