Host was responsive. Cabin was clean and pet-friendly. Shared property had some construction going on, was noisy a few days, but crew was apologetic and approachable. Still would recommend to stay.
Excellent birding from the living room and shore. Wonderful exercise environment—hiked, biked, ran, and roller skied. Quiet neighborhood. Beautiful lake. Well stocked kitchen. Very comfortable beds. Pleasant warmth from gas stove. Attentive, not intrusive, host. All in all, extremely enjoyable.
This is the 3rd time we’ve stayed at Liz place and it’s always been a great experience. We love the cabin and the lake front. Water is fairly shallow out front so it’s perfect for my daughter and chocolate lab to play in the water. Will definitely stay again!
My sister and I have stayed at MANY vrbos. I believe this is our favorite. It was a very clean, comfortable and cozy cabin within about 15 feet of the water. Well organized as well. It had absolutely everything we needed. Our hostess was very quick at responding before during and after our stay. We want to thank Liz for an extraordinary stay at a terrific cabin. We plan to return next year. Liz, you’re the best! I would highly recommend this particular vrbo. Liz is the best.
We really enjoyed our stayed at this lovely, cozy cabin! Our family of 5 enjoyed the comfort of this cabin, the amenities, the clean lake and beautiful surroundings. The host's communication was prompt and helpful with recommendations in the area. We would absolutely recommend this property!
The view out the front is so much better than the pictures portray. It is a quiet relaxing place to stay right on the water. The cabin is very open and thoughtfully decorated, really feels like a home not a rental.
The cabin was a great place for a small group of us looking to do some local snowmobiling. It had all the necessities you would expect on a stay away from home. The host was very accommodating and easy to get ahold of. It was a great place to stay!
Cute, cozy cottage right on the shoreline. Beautiful view of the lake. The cottage is very well maintained and very comfortable. Have stayed here several times now and will stay here again. Always tough to leave.
Had a really nice stay, the cabin is super cute, clean, and had everything we needed. The fireplace was great, it kicked out the heat and made the cabin cozy. Was also a great location, had a superb lake view with amazing sunrise/sunset views, was also not too far from Cable so all weekend activities were easy to get to. I’d definitely stay there again.
The property is very close to the water and the distance between other homes/cabins is nicely spaced. Cabin inside is updated and nicely decorated. My only "negative" is the beds are too soft. We did not bring a boat but 2 nice piers are available and we caught fish.
We had a great time, it's right on the lake 10 feet from the door so it was awesome parked the sled's on the lake . Cabin clean and cute had everything we needed . Hope to come check it out in the summer . Thanks again Liz !!
There’s nothing I don’t enjoy about this neighborhood, but the front yard being a lake is probably my favorite! Whether it’s fishing, kayaking, swimming, or boating, being on the lake is my happy place. I also enjoy peaceful walks/runs on Garden Lake Road, the close proximity to an abundance of great bars and restaurants, and other outdoor activities the area has to offer including bike trails, hikes and lookouts, and water activities. The locals are the kindest people you will meet and sharing all of these activities with my family and friends are what make it special.
