This was a good stay while we were visiting our daughter at Denison University. Nothing was fancy, but it was clean. Pillows could be much better, but that is a minimal complaint.
Clean, plenty of beds if needed. Beautiful shower. Great location close to many restaurants and a Kroger. Pet friendly. Fenced yard. Plenty of cookware, plates, blankets, pillows and cooking utensils. Definitely will stay again.

We are so glad you enjoyed your stay. Hope to see you again.
We had a very pleasant stay. The house was clean, the badge were comfortable, linens were supplied; and the property is less than 5 mins to the Marina, boat ramps and restaurants. Many things were within walking distance.Barbara communicated well and in a timely manner. Check in and check out instructions were easy. The VRBO app is convenient, but can be a bit challenging for folks not tech savvy.
Wonderful space to spend the weekend. House is clean and bright, shower and kitchen are excellent. Onsite laundry and off street parking are great bonuses. Thanks so much for having us, will stay again next time in Buckeye Lake!
We ran into an unusual circumstance where the house had not been cleaned in advance of our stay. There was trash in the kitchen trashcan and the floors were not swept. The manager let us know they had a miscommunication with the home owner over projects and people in the house. The host was effective and prompt with communication, and did offer to come clean the house herself which we declined as we had already swept and settled in. TThe address is hard to read out front - it's worn off from sun exposure to the numbers. The listing makes it look like you might have a bit of a yard to use out back, but there is just a gravel driveway with a small shed and table by the entrance. There is a small fenced in area out front, near the road. Overall it was a nice stay, the location is convenient and walkable to a variety of restaurants.
Location was convenient to restaurants/brewery, but just something to be conscience about is the traffic noise; house is right on state route. Very cute place though and served its purpose.
I was using this house to accommodate family visiting in from out of state. We spent a weekend exploring central Ohio. This house is a fun mix of modern and vintage decor in a convenient location. With easy access to I-70 you can use this place as a basecamp for doing all kinds of fun stuff without having to deal with the traffic and hassles of Columbus. I would definitely stay here again.
Love the house. Clean, and just like the pictures showed. Love the Boat Yard, and walk-in the bike path. Also they allowed our well trained dog 🐶 more places needs to be like these great owners. They was nice also. We will return!
