The whole property was very clean and exactly how it was described, very cozy and welcoming. Donna, the host went above and beyond with personal touches throughout the house including fresh flowers and chocolates in every room. The bag of snacks, doughnuts, and cold waters was so thoughtful and was very much appreciated. Location is convenient to everything. The best rental we have ever stayed in and will definitely be booking again in the future. Thank you for a perfect weekend away!

We loved our stay in the "Cozy Concord Cottage " we were within 5 miles of everything we needed for our vacation. The space was lovely and the host, Donna Denton, was responsive to any questions we had.

Wonderful stay at the cottage. Close to Charlotte and shops in Concord. Everything was very clean and new. Super accommodating with the dogs and the little touches like a welcome note, snacks and treats and dog toys made us feel right at home. Would definitely atay again!

Simply said, my wife and I have stayed at many rental units over the years. This cottage was by far the best we’ve ever stayed at. From cleanliness to amenities all is top notch. The host is by far the best we’ve ever dealt with.
