Boat launch. Bath house located 4 doors down w/ extra showers, laundry room, & bathrooms. STRICT no pets or children 12 and under policy.

Hi! We are Tom and Mary Beth Skleros. We are a husband and wife who live and work in New Jersey. But, we love renting out our Florida homes! We want to share our little piece of paradise with you! We grew up vacationing on Hutchinson Island, and absolutely love the area. Now our children and grandchildren have also grown attached to the island. So many memories!

Hutchinson Island is a little piece of heaven and still less populated than most of the vacation spots in Florida. Gorgeous ocean and riverfront beaches, as well as great restaurants and nightlife. Every Thursday is Jammin' Jensen (Music and Art/Crafts) in downtown Jensen Beach!

Why they chose this property

We are a gated community with a shared pool, clubhouse, and beach. Everyone knows “The Pink Palace”, as it is one of the original homes in Windmill Village. Our daughter completely renovated the inside recently and it looks beautiful! Gorgeous read deck area to relax and watch to area frequented by beautiful manatees as you enjoy your morning coffee. the Florida room provides a great space for reading or watching your favorite show while looking out the. sliding glass door to paradise!

What makes this property unique

The beach is just across A1A and the pool is right along side our private beach front access. Uber is always an option. But most things are walking distance or a very short drive. If you’d like to rent a bike for your stay, there are bike rentals right next door to our community.
