The house was built in the 70s and 2017 extensively renovated with a new large terrace and a barbecue. It is surrounded by nature, surrounded by olive trees and fruit trees. Ideal for visitors who like to switch off, relax, "hear" and experience nature. The most beautiful beaches can be reached in 10 minutes: S.Ambrogio, Torre Conca, S. Maria, Cefalú. A natural source provides the house with water also in dry seasons. Nature lovers can hike paths and mountains within the Madonie Natural Park (Rifugio CAI, Gonato - from Castelbuono). The "Gole di Tiberio" are half an hour away and offer white water rafting in winter. Just 200 meters away you find the "Tenuta Luogo Marchese" Agriturismo, with restaurant and horseback riding. For wine lovers, the winery S. Anastasia 5 minutes away.
